Linehaul Heavy Duty: Driving Digital Growth for a Cincinnati Heavy-Duty Parts & Service Leader
When Linehaul Heavy Duty, a member of VIPAR and a Cincinnati-based heavy-duty truck parts distributor and service provider, needed to modernize its digital presence, they turned to Sound Press to lead the charge. With a customer base spanning fleet managers, municipalities, repair shops, dealerships, and even a significant Uzbek and Russian-speaking community, Linehaul needed a marketing partner who could handle complexity with precision.
A Website Built for the Road Ahead
Linehaul’s existing web presence wasn’t doing justice to the breadth of their operation. Sound Press designed and launched a fully rebuilt website at linehaul.net, architected around the audiences Linehaul actually serves, from government and municipal fleets to construction, excavating, utilities, and school bus operations. The new site features clear service pages, an integrated credit application, employment opportunities, and a contact experience optimized for how Linehaul’s customers actually communicate. As a unique touch reflecting Linehaul’s diverse customer base, Sound Press also integrated a direct Telegram link on the site, giving their Russian and Uzbekistani clients a familiar, accessible way to get in touch and place orders. The result is a professional, functional digital storefront that reflects the credibility and capability of the Linehaul brand.

A Line Card That Works as Hard as They Do
Beyond the website, Sound Press produced a redesigned Line Card PDF that gives Linehaul a polished, sales-ready tool for communicating their product offerings to prospects and existing customers alike. Clean, on-brand, and easy to share, the Line Card has become a key piece of Linehaul’s customer-facing collateral.
Email Marketing, Activated
Sound Press also built out Linehaul’s email marketing infrastructure from the ground up, establishing their MailChimp platform, organizing their contact list, and launching ongoing email campaigns. With a goal of reaching the right customers with the right message at the right time, these campaigns have extended Linehaul’s reach beyond their existing relationships and kept their brand top of mind across their customer segments.
Growing Traffic, Growing Momentum
Since the launch of these initiatives, Linehaul has seen meaningful growth in website traffic and digital engagement. While detailed analytics are still being tracked and compiled, the directional trend is clear, more people are finding Linehaul online, and the experience they encounter reflects a brand that’s ready to earn their business.
For a company built on keeping fleets moving, Sound Press helped make sure their digital presence could keep up.
